Our day supervisor has over 20 years of experience with Best Care. She makes unannounced visits at least twice a week, inspecting the building top to bottom. Every employee follows a daily duties schedule, and we check it.
We also have a night supervisor who inspects work during evening hours, unannounced. This has led to major improvements in high-traffic areas like gyms and pool decks.A dedicated quality assurance team member follows up with management on every concern, making sure improvements actually happen.

2. Best Care has Developed a Tracking and Measurement Tool which is very important to measure
each cleaner’s performance.
