We have an excellent supervisor with over 20 years experience working for Best Care, She will come during the
a day without announcing her visit and inspecting the building from top to bottom minimum twice per week. Best Care has a daily duties schedule for all employees and they must follow, We will check. We have another excellent night supervisor to inspect the quality of work and performance of the employees during the night as well without announcing the visits, the results of the night cleaning will improve drastically especially the most used areas such gym and pool area. We have a quality care assurance team member who will follow up with management/supervisor about all the concerns and improvements that
we will have to accomplish.

in cleaning the property.
2. Best Care has Developed a Tracking and Measurement Tool which is very important to measure
each cleaner’s performance.
